Bhuvanyaa Vijay, with her immaculate debate and calm composure was awarded the title of the Best Speaker making her the Best All-India Debater for the second consecutive year, after her victory in the National Finals of the same debate in 2011. Jahnavi, with her sensible outlook, was ranked the second Runner-Up Speaker in the debate. The topic was should we change the straightjacket of syllabi and subject choice for a more joyful classroom experience?
